How will I know when I can access my downloadable pdfs?
Right after placing your order, you should receive an email from designtolearn.com that will look like this:
Your order (# ___) at Design to Learn included file download(s). You may access them with the following link(s):
CMComplet.pdf
2010PM.pdf
After downloading these files these links will have expired. If you need to download the files again, you can login at https://www.designtolearn.com/user and visit the "My Account" section of the site.
I never received an email with links to the downloadable pdfs. Now what?
Check your junk mail filter for our email. Or, you can login at https://www.designtolearn.com/user and visit the "My Account" section of the site. Click on File Downloads/Files and on the name of the pdf. You will have 3 opportunities to download from your account.
I can’t download my pdfs. When I click on them, the message is "Access Denied".

I see that I can access the online Communication Matrix at no charge from your website. Can I get a refund for purchasing the downloadable version?
There are no refunds on downloadable pdfs. Please note that the free online version of the Communication Matrix is available for online use only; there is no option to print the assessment tool itself from the online version. If you wish to have a print copy, you’ll need to purchase either the print booklet ($8.00 for the Communication Matrix for Professionals, or $14.00 for the Parent version, plus $4.00 shipping within the US) or pay for a downloadable pdf ($5.00). Both are available from our website at https://designtolearn.com/products.
